Sounds good Jumper but steak and garlic mashed taters would give me indigestion I think if I drank just water with it.

I had a scoop of bean with bacon soup, melba crackers, and a salad with egg, a sprinkling of bacon, onion, tomato, carrots, diced chicken, with fat free french dressing. Also, herbed, sliced potatoes, and a small bowl of canned peaches. Washed down with a diet Mountain Dew.

Actually GL, it was very good and didn't give me one bit of indigestion. It just wasn't enough food.
I'm still hungry!
Actually, lunch was nothin special. I'm thinking about what's for dinner right now
Steak and taters requires a or a glass of wine. (had that for dinner on thursday)

Well for lunch today was a salad that consisted of:
The greens, turkey bits, honey mustard dressing and a couple of oyseter crackers.
Dinner:
Thinking of Turkey Smoke Sausage, Mashed Potato's, Green Beans and garlic bread.
I'm having an Asian dish of shrimp and rice and something like an eggroll. My Asian neighbor across the street speaks almost no English and comes to me when he has to make a call about his phone or something or he gets a letter he needs to address with some agency. So yesterday he brought me over 2 big plates of home made cuisine and I brought about 1/2 of it for lunch today. His daughter is a pretty hot Asian dish herself.

I'm starving and it's not even 12 noon yet.
Think I'll have some Chunky Sirloin Burger soup, and maybe half a turkey sandwich.
